New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited AI credits. During this period:
- Access to core features with limited AI credits
- No credit card required
- Cancel anytime without charge
- No questions asked
14-Day Refund Window
For paid subscriptions, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment for unused services.

- • Credits or jobs not yet used
- • Technical issues preventing usage
- • Service not as described
- • Duplicate charges

- • After 14-day window
- • Credits or jobs already used
- • Once a new billing cycle begins

How to Request a Refund

- Review: We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- No cancellation fees
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
- Reactivation available within 90 days

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.
Annual Plans
Special considerations for annual subscriptions:
- 14-day refund window applies to initial purchase only
- Renewals are not eligible for refunds
- Downgrade to monthly available before renewal date
- No prorated refunds after 14-day window
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks:
- May result in immediate account suspension
- Incur additional processing fees

- May affect future account eligibility
